Client Edit vSRO Procedure Giving Items to Characters by Level Range

[Guidance]

This procedure hands out an item to every character that falls inside a level range you choose. It is useful for event rewards, compensation after downtime, or seeding a new cap with starter gear. Both the level range and the item are yours to set.
